Whimsy stamps has released another group of really pretty carousel horses. I am sharing a card with the new stamp proud mama. I used my copics and then added some stickles to the ribbon and the babies halter. I added some ribbon and some papers from stampin up. I hope you enjoy my card. Have a great day.
