Butterfly in stiches


Its papertake weekly time and this week they want to see stitching on your card either fake or real stitching. I went with fake stitching and used the splitcoast stampers card sketch for my layout. I used a butterfly from unity stamp co. I colored the butterfly with my copic markers and cut it out and mounted it on pop dots. I hope you like this card.

Sweet stop meets karens doodles

This wonderful card qualifies for two great challenges. Karens doodles challenge blog which you need to use a karens doodles image and red, white, and blue. Second challenge is the sweet stop
cause i used there sketch for my layout. I colored the image with copic markers and then used my square nesties to cut out the image and the square behind the image. The red butterfly is a nesti butterfly.

Cupcake saturday

I created this wonderful card for the sketch saturday blog image is from bells and whistles. I colored her up with copic markers. I used my rectangle nestablitie to cut her out and my circle nestie for the accent circles on the sides of the card.

I found a great sketch and a challenge to enter this card into. The sketch challenge is card patterns on the card patterns blog. Second challenge is sentimental sundays and the theme this week is encouragement. I used this uplifting setiment from tlc creations. The darling image is from elisabeth bell digital collection. Frame in the back of the card is cut with a childs year on my cricut. Pattern paper is basic grey. Image is colored with copics.

All about the boys

On the just magnolia challenge blog there a neat sketch to work with this week. I used baseball cap edwin and papers from bo bunny. I used 3 buttons as my accent in place of the flowers that the sketch called for. I colored edwin with a combo of copics and colored pencils. Have a great night.

Day dreaming

At the pixie cottage challenge blog we are dressing things up with a great sketch and a option to show off the inside of your card as well. I did my card with hannah at the pond. I colored her up with copics. First time coloring a hannah image i think it turned out okay. Love your opinon. Pattern papers are basic grey. Have a good night.

Little c's challenge blog is doing an inspiration photo challenge this week. It was a picture of this really neat looking green, pink and white cake. So i printed out my image and colored her up in matching colors with some pretty pattern paper. I used my rectangle nestie. Have a great day.

Girly midnight madness

Over on the midnight madness blog there a great sketch and you can do the simple version or you can dress your card up with the more fancy version. My image is one of elisabeth bell digital stamps. There also a boy version of the same type of image. I added some scraps from my drawer to create the triangle and square. I added some white flowers and some stickles to the flowers. Image is colored with copic markers.

Friends



I saw this card tutorial over on split coast you can find it in the resource section under flip flop card. I contacted my friend jen you can contact her to on her blog here. To see if she could make a file for the cricut design stuido. She was able to and quick as a wink i cut it out and dressed it up. So simple. File uses either george or plantation school book.

Bells and whistles meets paper take weekly

I am entering this card into two challenges. Paper take weekly is doing a sketch so that the first challenge. Bells and whistles is doing a color challenge to use pink, brown and white so that the other challenge. Image for the bells and whistles is tea time. I added some simple brown and white cardstock and the pattern paper is from dcwv mariposa stack. Image is colored with copic markers. I added flowers from my stash. Sentimental Sundays

On the sentimental sunday blog we are to make a project showcasing our favorite sentiment. This sentiment is from unity and is one of my total faves. It sketch time with the sugar bowl team i used this ice cream loving image. I added some blue flowers to accent all the blue paper i used. I also cut out my image using a nestie and colored the image with copic markers. Have a good day.

Over on the teddy stampers challenge blog there a theme this week and it is summer time. I hunted around and found this adorable coloring page of funshine carebear with a butterfly. I added this great word art quote from red elf. I added some sunflower stickers and this wonderful butterfly and there you go. I colored funshine with copic markers. Have a great day.

On the friday sketchers blog there a nice clean and simple sketch to follow. This card is for two challenges one is the friday sketchers blog and the other is the sugar nellie challenge 11 on scs group forum here the link to that challenge your to use no embellishments for that challenge hence the reason my card looks so clean and simple. Lemon and super ryan

On the wags and whiskers challenge blog they like to see lemon (yellow) and a wags and whiskers image. I saw this super cutie in my stash found out he was a wags and whiskers image and created this card with shade of lemon. I colored ryan with copics and used my rectangle nestie to cut him out. Steer by the stars

Over at mo's digital challenge blog we are being challenged to use dry embossing and a mo's image. I used between and a sentiment from tlc creations. My dry embossing is from my nestablties on the image and the quote. I also made a new to me kind of card called a stand up card. Red, white, and blue

At the pixie cottage challenge blog they have another great challenge this week. As always there a sketch and a theme. You can do just the sketch, follow the theme or both. I choose to go with the theme which is make mine patriotic For me that means fourth of july, red, white and blue, independence all that jazz. So i inked up Doralin and Dexter from motivet stamps. These two are all dressed to the nines for a great fourth of july party. I used a combo of copics and color pencils. I really need to order some refills my browns are not usuable right now. Anyway have a great day.
