Bells and whistles stamp company is gearing up for a new release. For a fun release party challenge summer wants to know where the bells and whistles stamps live. So i took a photo of my favorite stamp cupcake hanging out with my kitty fluffy. Since cupcake has a kitty hanging out with her.
