who me layout and pocket cards
I completed two pocket cards that i cut out with my cricut and then dressed up with unity images and a dollar stamp from Michael's. I also have a layout i did today it of my nieces son trenton. I just love the look on his little innocent face. I used ctmh stamps for the background, some chipboard letters for the title. I painted them tim holtz paint dabbers in blue and then covered them with clear embossing powder. I then added a cute little boy poem and some boy buttons for some added bling. Oh and the words off the side of the picture are from the junkitz extreme boy line. I think that it let me know what you think.

Then i added the merry christmas sentiment and i drew it with cricut markers in pink. Then i deleted the merry christmas and i cut out the card. I added a pink background behind the snowglobe and embossed with my cuttlebug. I hope you enjoy my card.

midnight scrapper cds title
I am working on a happy word book and decided to make the title midnight scrapper. I designed it in cricut design studio using the joys of the season cartridge and tear drop. I used a candle for burning the midnight oil and a snow-globe cause we are dreaming of what we want to create as we sit in our scrap rooms. I thought this title would work great for my book cause it reminds i am happy when i scrapping and being creative. If you want the file just leave me a comment with your email address and i will send it off to you.

its a pirates life for me
Here a layout that i had a lot of fun doing. I been wanting to use this cricut title from the title swap on the circut message board. Thanks to sabrina r. i had a very cute picture to work this title with. I started out with an 8 1/2 x 11 layout for the picture and embellishments, then i mounted the layout on a 12 x 12 piece of card stock so i could fit the title. I drew the title with cricut markers. I used the paper dolls cartridge to do the pirate ship, pirate princess and the treasure chest. I use some cute common pirate phrases for my journaling strips. Enjoy.
cuttlebug challenge-double your fun
The cuttlebug challenge for the week is to use 2 or more cuttlebug folders on your card. Well i took the challenge up and i am pleased to say i was able to use 3 folders on my card. I used swiss dots on the top and dusted it with dark brown cat eye ink, i used the vine one on the lower half and then i used the border one with love on the tag center. I love this cute pull out card very easy to make and very versatile.
BBTB Joys of the season tree card
The challenge this week by bitten by the bug was to use the tree card from the joys of the season cricut cartridge. I cut my card from green cardstock, embossed with the swiss dot folder, dusted the embossed dots with alabaster cat eye to make it look like swirling snow, added bling stars to the tree. I finished the card off with some christmas ribbon and stamped stentiment of snow fun. Hope you enjoy my joys of the season tree card.
chocolate pears
I saw these chocolate covered pears on the cricut board and the gal used them for the bitten by the bug challenge to use the pear from home accents. She was gracious enough to send me some of the pears. Here what i came up with. I used a frosted sheetload card and then used staz on to stamp the sentiment.

cool in the pool layout
I been struggling to scrap pictures of my song playing with the hose this past summer. We were filling the pool up and he wanted to get in so i said sure as long as the hose stays in the pool. He had a lot of fun playing with the hose. I remembered i had made a layout earlier in the summer about the pool that i had not put pictures on. This layout worked out great for the photos i had. Sometimes making layouts before you have pictures works out. Let me know what you think.
