new to me challenge blackleaf studio

A friend mentioned this new challenge blog to me yesterday and i thought i try it out.  It a place called blackleaf studio and they have a sketch challenge thru tomorrow.  I used this cutie from cc designs i think her name is lying nora and my sentiment is from paper make up stamps.  It a very simple card but i like how it turned out.  Hop on over and try out the sketch.  Have a great day.

make up for the weekend vellum

Over on the paper make up blog there a new make up for the weekend challenge and this time they want to see vellum on your creation.  I used this adorable baby fairy from paper make up stamps.  My papers are from k and company, image is colored with copics and i used a vellum quote from creative memories. tickled pink october montly challenge

Tickled pink has a monthly challenge and this month there a sketch to follow.  You can check out the details here on this post I use one of tickled pinks new images from the little haunts release.  I choose to color her in a purple and green theme.  My sentiment is a word art freebie i found on the web.  Papers are from recollections halloween stack from last year.

spooky wiith batty princess

Over at kraftin kimmies stamps this week  the theme for the challenge is spooky.  Now i don't know about you but a batty princess is pretty spooky to me all ready so i used her and then i added some pink and black goth looking papers from summertime designs.  I added some lace and some bats and finished it off with some matching brads.  I think it looks more gothic spooky but spooky none the less.  Image is colored with copics.

karens doodles and 3 of a kind with papertake weekly

This week at karens doodles it a recipe challenge and the recipe is 2 papers, 3 embellishments and one karens doodles image.  I used fun in the rain and a sentiment from tlc creations.  My papers are from summer time designs digital scrapbook kits.   At papertake weekly they also would like to see 3 of a kind and since i used 3 flowers and 3 brads on this card i figure it worked out to qualify for that challenge as well.  Hope you have a great week of challenges.

I see snowmen

It is sketch time over on taylored expressions blog and i love the sketch this week so i decided to play along I used this adorable image from whimisie doodle stamps.   Papers are from summer time designs digital papers. I added some sheer ribbon to the corners.  Image is colored with copic markers. 

Pumpkin lily

Have you seen enough of this sketch yet, i can;t help it this sketch is so easy to use and adjust for any card size.  It is the card sketch from splitcoast stampers this week.  Anyway this card is for the wild flower patch challenge  and this week they are changing this up a bit.  You have to use a wild flower kid image this week.  No excuse not do the challenge there a freebie to be had on the challenge blog.  I used pumpkin lily case she so cute and you know me i love cute.  I used some halloween digital papers called little pumpkin. I used my new embossing folder that coordinates with the mini monster cart.  It the one with all the candy on it.  I added some photo corners from a ek success punch.  Some white brads and thats about it.  I think i have one more card up my sleeve with this sketch at least for now.
