happy gnome tag
At the meljens design team and challenge blog the theme this week is tags. I had these big wooden tags from unity stamp co that came on some of the stamp i rec;d. So i covered the wooden tag with a print from basic grey oliver paper pad. I printed out this happy gnome from meljen designs. I colored him up and cut him out. I then add the sentiments hello and your a wonderful friend. Add some black inking along the edge and some brown ribbon. I think this tag would be great for a friend to hang in there room to cheer then up. I certainly makes me want to smile. Head on over and share your tags.

journey
This week at the pixie cottage there a theme of stiching and a sketch to follow. I choose to go the stitching route. I recently won a very nice blog candy that included some greeting farm stamps. One of those stamps was the oa-journey set. I thought oliver on a journey went very well with this pattern paper from the dcwv all about men stack. I stitched with my husband help around the pattern paper. Added my stampin up border punch to either side and added some white ribbon. Oliver is colored with copics. I added some fake stiching along the bottom and top of the card.

flutter by wednesday fall
Over on the flutter by wednesday blog the challenge is to use a butterfly, fairy or angel in a fall theme. I love this butterfly from gina k hope for hati set cause it has a very nice sentiment that goes with it. I used fall colors and i stamped the butterflyy on yellow mustard color cardstock and cut it out. I inked the inside of a nestablties square with brown memento ink. I followed the card sketch from splitcoast stampers sc302. Hope you have a great day.
skulls galore
Lil Lolita boutique challenges wants to see skulls this week. This challenge was pretty easy as most of the images i have that are lil lolita have skulls on the characters and then i had downloaded this digital paper that had skulls on it to and then i used an old splitcoast sketch and i was off and running. I added some ribbon and brads.

The wild flower patch wants to see a color combo of orange, black and green this week. I used this halloween witch from magnolia and used my drippy goo punch. I colored her with copics.

Over on the delightful sketches blog this week they want to see metal on your cards. I used skater ian from the greeting farm and used metal eyelets to tie my ribbon accents. I also distressed my papers and entered this card into wtw for club anya. I hope you like my card.
