Hubby best friend needed a birthday card for his sister. I don't do a lot of st patty type of stuff cause it just not a holiday that inspires cards for me. So i had to hunt around cause i have small shamrocks and stuff but i was like that not going to cut it. So i checked around for some digital stamps and i found this gem for free. If you want to know where i got it i can hunt the company name down for you. Anyway don't forget your green and maybe you'll have some luck today.

This scrapbook page has been in the works for a while. I started it moved things around probably half a dozen times but i always got stuck and had to put it away. A good friend of mine is offering up a prize for her scrapbook challenge. I thought well maybe i can complete that page today. So i unearthed it stared at it put it away took it out again and finally i got somewhere. I love how it finally turned out. The pictures are of me and my younger sister back in our younger years. I like doing pages from my child hood lets me reflect on how i changed and grown. If you want to the scrapbook challenge there is a sketch to try if you want to. Great prize a stampin up celebration punch. So get your scrap on and check out my dear friend shaela challenge right here.
I got my new crop of greeting farm stamps oliver and amelia. I made 3 cards with them last night.
My first card shows olive with his pet dinosaurs. I used basic grey orgins paper and my friends sab punch for my border. Added some ribbon and colored him with copic markers.
My second card features oliver again this time i added the sab border on the left and used some of scraps and nesties to make a very simple card.
My 3rd and final card shows off amelia and she is dressed up in her fun dress and necklace just looking like the most darling little girl. I used some scraps and colored her with copics as well. I hope you like my simple oliver and amelia cards.

I hopped on to blogger this morning and found that elisabeth had released her lastest digital stamp. Of course i raced over to her blog and snatched it up. I then had to decide what to do with this sweet image. I checked out the copic color challenge. The three colors this week are bg15, b93, and y21. I only had one of those colors so the closest i have is b93, bg34, and y15. I hope you like what i came up with for this sweet image and color challenge. If you want to partcipate in the copic color challenge you can find all the details here.

This is my card for the sugar bowl challenge. We were to follow a sketch, use a sugar nellie image and included shabby chic. I did some distressing on the edges of my card and then i sanded down the yellow cardstock. I colored daisy with my copics and the pattern papers are from basic grey orgins. I never done shabby chic so i hope i pulled it off. If you want to participate you can find all the details here
