mojo monday week 80 and tweety layout

this is my card for this week mojo monday sketch.  I used the feb kotm stamp from unity and my new martha stewart butterfly punch that i got for my birthday.  The designer paper is from michaels and is one of my favorite new spring papers. 

This is a layout that came in a kit that one of my dear friends got me for my birthday.  It was really easy to put together tweety took a bit of work to piece together but other then that it was a very easy layout to put together.  Just need to add some photos to it :)  The layout is made by a company called scrapbook fun addicts.  Have a great day. 

tecc61 friday cupcake challenge

For taylors friday cupcake challenge this week i wanted to make a summer card so i could use my new favorite images from unity. The stamped image featured on my card is from unitys beach day and sun rays kit. I also used last summer dcwv summer stack paper, you can also find use my cuttlebug on this card. I hope you enjoy and feel a little more like warmer days are coming.

On my project i used unity stamps from the february kotm and march kotm.  I also untilized my cricut cartridges.  I got six unity stamps on my project.  The mushroom, ending and beginnings saying, the circular eggs that are used in the far left corner and the middle of the layout.  The spring on the front of the easter basket and the eggs in the basket and the journaling stamp. hip hop hangover

Hi gals i have two cards to share with you i made them both for the hip hop card challenges from thursday.  One was to make a spring themed card using unity stamps the other was a color challenge to use black, purple and white with unity stamps.  I used my march kotm stamps and my cosmo cricket rub ons that were included.  I used the card sketch that was posted on scs this week.

mojo monday week 78

This card was alot of fun to make. I started out wanting to do a stamped image but i ended up using my graphically speaking cartridge. The butterflies and the saying are both from that cart. I hope you enjoy my card.

This site was mentioned last week during hip hop so i bookmarked it to come back to later. I came back to it

today during my scrap time and i decided to pull out my feb. kit of the month from unity. All the stamps used

on this layout except for the photo corners are unity stamps. The top left corner is the spring stamp heat embossed

in purple so it kind of hard to see on camera. The Journaling block, mushroom and the qoute are all from the kit. I

colored the stamps in with prism colored pencils. I have no spring photos yet so the spots for the photos are

blank but its all ready for photos and a bit of journaling. Hope you enjoy it and you stop by the website to be

inspired to. I used sketch number 10 by the way.

Card sketch day at splitcaost

It card sketch day over at splitcoast and once again a great sketch was given by roxie.  I used unity feb kotm stamps.  The beautiful and the butterfly.  I used my glitter embossing powder to make the butterfly shimmer.  I used papers from daisy d's autumn collection.  I also added some inking to the edges of the yellow flower so it would blend it with the reddish orange from the papers. I hope you enjoy.  I included a picture of the sketch if you want to try it out.

Unity spotted

I made a quick trip to yakima wa yesterday to deliver some paperwork to my office.  Well as always i went to bella scrapbooking in union gap.  They are located next to home depot.  I have been waiting for them to get there unity display in and watching their blog as they were going to post when the product was in.  It just happened that yesterday was the day and they just put the unity up when i walked in.  Right at the front counter is wonderful unity displayed and available to purchase.  So if you like in the eastern wa area head to bella scrapbooking and buy your unity and take it home to stamp with.  Have a wonderful day.

Here is my card for mojo mondays. I used all unity stamps this week.  The imagine butterfly, swirls and the sentiment. The sentiment says live the life you have imagined.  I used my cricut to cut out my circles.  Hope you enjoy my card.

I'm turning into my parents

I inherited my mom will to make sure my family is well taken care of. My mom has worked everyday of her life weather she was sick or not she got out of bed and went to work. That of course has not always been the best option but i think it made me realize that your bills need to be paid, you need to commit to your job and make sure that those things are taken care of before you just go off and play. I am also happy that my mom gave me chores to do cause i take great care of my home and make sure my child also has a sense of responsiblity to care for his things and his own space.
